NBA Minna Branch Mourns Late Justice Kutigi

The Minna branch of the Nigerian Bar Association has said it will miss the invaluable contributions of the late Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi .
The late Jurist passed on in the early hours of Sunday the  21st  of October 2018 at a London hospital.
A statement signed by the Secretary of the branch  Mohammed Waziri Abdulkadir, the late jurist would be remembered for his numerous contribution to the development of law through land mark judgements.
Late Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi who was born on the 31st of December, 1939 was one time Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Niger State before becoming a high court judge in 1976.
The late Jurist  joined the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1992 and  served as Chief Justice of Nigeria from 30th January 2007 until 30th December 2009.
